Online businesses learnt from a super platform has enabled me to live where I want.
About me
My name is Helene and I live in a remote village in Norway with few job opportunities. I am a veterinarian turned holistic practitioner treating people. I used to work in a job that required me to travel within a 5–6-hour radius by car. This meant countless nights away from home, my husband, children, and animals. Weeks would pass, when I barely saw my family. Eventually, my body and mind reached their limits. I became ill from the constant stress and exhaustion of never being where I was most needed. The guilty conscience slowly drained my spirit.
Challenges I faced
For over 15 years, I searched for ways to work online because I longed for the freedom to work from home and set my own schedule. However, the road was far from smooth:
- Bitcoin and Scams: I tried investing in Bitcoin but was scammed multiple times. Websites disappeared, and the people I trusted were nowhere to be found. Luckily, I didn’t lose large sums, but I certainly lost my trust in such opportunities.
- Multilevel Marketing: I also joined several MLM companies that promised “gold and green forests.” Unfortunately, the financial ups and downs led to little profit, leaving me disappointed.
These experiences made me skeptical of many online opportunities, but I never let go of the dream of building something of my own.
My solution: A platform that works
One day, I came across an ad on YouTube by a friendly and genuine-looking woman from Bergen. After several conversations with her and six months of consideration, I finally decided to take the plunge.
